HR Leadership Research Fellow

Are you a visionary HR leader looking to shape the future of leadership and workplace culture?

This esteemed fellowship is an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research, collaborate with like-minded professionals, and earn a globally recognized ICF PCC certification.

As a Culture Catalyst, you will join a selective cohort of 36 HR leaders chosen for their courage, vision, and commitment to people-first cultures. Together, you will explore innovative strategies for organizational transformation, psychological safety, and wellbeing.

The program includes:

  • Monthly roundtables for collaborative discussion and knowledge sharing
  • Guided reflections to deepen your understanding of positive leadership and coaching principles
  • Research contributions to the Global Culture Report, highlighting your expertise and impact

Upon completion, you will receive your ICF PCC credential, a globally respected qualification, and be part of a global peer network. You will also have the opportunity to be featured as a thought leader in the future of work.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A senior HR leadership position (CHRO, CPO, HR Director, Head of People & Culture, or HR Consultant)
  • Passion for shaping environments where humanity and performance thrive together
  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, and lead at a global level
  • Commitment to co-creating real-world solutions, not just theory

Remote, flexible participation is available, with approximately 4–6 hours of commitment per month. The program runs from September 2025 to May 2026.
