Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans that drive opportunity generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams across APAC to ensure alignment of events with the go-to-market strategy and messaging.
  • Develop demand-generating events and campaign briefs in partnership with global and regional teams.
  • Oversee all event logistics and lead internal coordination for campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and high impact.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop and refine campaign concepts, messaging, and deliverables that align with the campaign strategy.
  • Regularly update management on campaign plans, progress, and performance, using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Marketing, preferably within the technology, software, or consulting industry.
  • Demonstrated success in account-based marketing, including collaboration with sales teams to develop target account lists and segmentation strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively within virtual teams and across matrix organizations.
  • Outstanding project management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical abilities to leverage marketing metrics for developing and driving successful campaigns.
