The Senior Product Marketing Manager role is a key position within our Enterprise customer Line of Business at MYOB.

This role is instrumental in developing and enhancing the Enterprise Product Marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and collaborate with teams across product management, sales, customer success, and support to ensure successful product launches.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to find opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  3. Play a pivotal role in team development and promoting a collaborative culture across MYOB's Product and Sales departments.
  4. Ensure Product Portfolios are regularly updated with relevant insights to influence product design.
  5. Develop compelling product propositions and manage the positioning of products in the market.
  6. Create and implement effective product marketing campaigns that resonate with our customers and target audiences.
  7. Partner closely with Product Managers to ensure commercial success for new product launches and feature releases.
What Experience You Should Bring

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

  1. Strong critical thinking, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach.
  2. Solid experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  3. Familiarity with Mid Market to ERP Products in a SaaS context is highly desirable.
  4. Experience in developing customer-focused product propositions.
  5. Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform strategies and initiatives.
  6. Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving key performance metrics.
  7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
