Job Title: Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to join our APAC Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies for enterprise and public sector clients in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute field marketing programs using various channels, including events, digital marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams to drive new logo acquisition and customer retention.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, including budget adherence and ROI, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Create targeted content, including podcasts, articles, and videos.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role within a large multinational technology company.
  • Proven track record in marketing to federal government and large enterprise segments.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) for lead management and reporting.
