As an IT Support Technician at Bradken, you will join a dynamic and inclusive team contributing to various professions and trades across multiple locations.

Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, your primary responsibility will be to carry out IT operations as per the guidelines set by IT management. You will also provide administrative support for daily activities and resolve work order tickets efficiently.

You will be responsible for providing hands-on and remote workstation support services, ensuring proper software availability, troubleshooting issues, and deploying, monitoring, and maintaining IT systems, including PCs, operating systems, hardware, and software.

This role requires a self-motivated and experienced individual with a clear understanding of multi-location and help desk environments.

Key Technical Criteria
  • Microsoft Certification: Required or equivalent experience.
  • A+ Certification: Completion required or equivalent experience.
  • Help Desk Experience: Essential in a multi-location environment.
  • Network Experience: Familiarity with managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Software Experience: Proficiency in Windows 10, MS Office 2013-2019, O-365, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, Kaseya, VMWare, VCenter.
  • Server Experience: Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and later, Active Directory, Exchange 2016, MDM software.
