Clinical Coordination for Adult Survivors

The Clinical Coordinator - Adult Survivors Program plays a crucial role in providing advanced clinical, strategic, educational, and programmatic expertise to support the establishment and implementation of NSW Health's new Adult Survivors Program.

  • Lead the development of local clinical networks and relationships to improve service delivery and coordination.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with relevant clinical streams, clinicians, and services within the LHD to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Facilitate collaboration between services and streams to improve service delivery and coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Social Work qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) and demonstrated commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning.
  • Demonstrated extensive postgraduate clinical experience in providing counseling, groupwork, parenting, and case management interventions to clients where child protection, violence, neglect, and trauma incidents have occurred.
  • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout all organisational levels.
