Retail Experience Innovator

We're seeking a creative leader to spearhead the development and execution of immersive brand experiences in our retail spaces. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving business growth through innovative visual merchandising.
About the Role- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with business objectives
- Owning the look and feel of all customer-facing physical environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand vision into engaging in-store executions
This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional to make their mark on the retail landscape, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in store design and customer experience.
Requirements- 10+ years' experience in visual merchandising or retail marketing
- At least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally across multi-site operations
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive ROI
- Ability to manage competing priorities and lead through ambiguity
