We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can bring fresh perspectives and ideas to drive business outcomes. Your expertise in training and assessment, coupled with your ability to implement cultural change, will enable us to deliver world-class experiences for our employees and customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in designing and delivering training programs is essential. In this position, you will work closely with our Business Units and Support Functions to identify critical capabilities, skills, and experiences required to drive future growth.
