Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist, you will champion exceptional customer service by ensuring our stock is flawlessly presented and support the management team in delivering operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and passion for retail innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard.
  • Support the management team in the delivery of customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus.
  • Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes.
  • Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing high volumes of stock efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and proficient in time management.
  • A thorough understanding and passion for retail innovation.
  • Experience in cultivating a safe and hazard-free environment.
