Job Title

A visionary Retail Store Design Manager is sought after to drive innovation in store design and bring luxury retail experiences to life.

  • Lead project management for new store openings, refurbishments, and maintenance across the ANZ region.
  • Develop architectural briefs, collaborate with designers, and create practical solutions for retail and maintenance needs.
  • Conduct site surveys, provide expert feedback, and manage relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
  • Apply financial acumen, including budget forecasting, value engineering, and negotiating project tenders.
  • Ensure quality assurance through factory and site visits, meticulous shop drawing review, and leading defect rectification process.

About You

As a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, you will build lasting partnerships with local General Contractors. You will possess a strong understanding of the retail, design, and construction industries, along with a high level of autonomy and efficiency.

  • Demonstrate passion for retail design environment and customer service.
  • Possess experience in multi-project construction management.
  • Excellent written and clear communication skills.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and efficient, with a strong drive for excellence.
  • A decisive and practical thinker, capable of solving complex problems creatively.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Excel, and CAD software (advantageous).
  • Hold a relevant academic background or qualification in Design or Architecture.
