We are seeking a Strategic Talent Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing our people plan and processes, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.
The role will involve partnering with business leaders to deliver our people strategy and support business growth objectives. This will include the execution of initiatives to drive positive change and improve employee engagement.
The Strategic Talent Developer will also be responsible for managing people risk, demonstrating challenger-thinking and initiative to "lift the bar" on HR practice and people outcomes.
In addition, the successful candidate will be accountable for delivery of HR programs, initiatives, and cyclical activities, supporting COE in delivering of People Organisation priorities.
The role requires strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate Aon's Graduate Program.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop insights from data to diagnose issues and propose suitable solutions to improve productivity across the segment.
The Strategic Talent Developer will play a leadership role in the design and execution of segment restructures, critical workforce planning initiatives, and identify succession planning needs.
They will collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence where people feel engaged and inspired to deliver business results.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant prior experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Effective stakeholder, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- High-level oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate large/complex organisational structures and manage change.
- Experience delivering on key people cycles (Colleague Engagement, Talent Review, Performance & Remuneration Review).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand, interpret, and analyse data.
- Solid presentation skills and ability to drive discussions at senior level.
