Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Sourcing talent for the Models team, identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and commercial growth.
  • Developing new customer and agency relationships to drive business expansion.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in Sydney to ensure alignment on projects, business goals, and talent development across the network.
  • Conceptualizing editorial and image projects to support individual model trajectories and maintain a strong brand image within the market.
  • Identifying emerging creative talent for collaboration with IMG models.

The primary focus of this role is the discovery, development, and management of emerging male and female talent. Key responsibilities include meeting prospective talent, nurturing relationships until signing, and creating compelling test shoots and editorials that elevate talent portfolios.
