About the Role

This permanent position is based in Sydney and will see you join a team that's actively driving innovation in recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll be at the centre of talent attraction for our Corporate Portfolio, focusing on managing recruitment across HR, Legal, Risk, and Finance.

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional talent aligned with our strategic goals and ambitions, while also playing a key part in evolving our approach to sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement. To succeed in this role, you'll need to build strong relationships with leaders, provide strategic and tactical guidance, and encourage fresh thinking around recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment processes across multiple departments
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with leaders to deliver business outcomes
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment processes
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition
  • A strong focus on skills-based hiring and innovative sourcing strategies
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
