As a strategic Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key part in enhancing employee capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous development across the organisation.
Job DescriptionThe role involves designing and delivering learning and development strategies aligned with organisational goals. You will conduct training needs analyses, develop and implement engaging learning programs, and partner with stakeholders to support talent development, performance improvement, and succession planning.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver learning initiatives that meet organisational objectives
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning programs that cater to diverse learning styles
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective talent development and succession planning
- Proven experience in a learning and development or training advisory role
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing or mentoring staff
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
