Drive Global Talent Strategy

This role focuses on driving enterprise-wide talent management and development initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key people priorities. They will also act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodology, systems, and enablement.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences, ensuring governance and compliance across global talent activities, building strong relationships across the People function and senior stakeholders, and championing a high-performing global Talent Community of Practice.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in organisational psychology, talent management or organisational development, and possess strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.

A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action, excellent communication and storytelling skills across audiences, and a passion for continuous improvement and future-focused thinking are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities
