About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce management practice, you will work alongside experienced team members to help clients improve their technology landscape, workforce management processes, payroll function, or lead large-scale implementations. You will provide valuable insights and contribute to designing and implementing smarter, more efficient systems, ways of working, and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective solutions
  • Design and implement workforce management systems and processes that meet clients' needs
  • Manage client projects from start to finish, leveraging your experience with timelines, budgets, and client communications
  • Continuously learn and grow, expanding your knowledge across a wide range of solutions and tools
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in workforce management, payroll, HRIS, or program management
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading client projects
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
