Job Opportunity

This is a part-time office administration position available in Perth.

  • Manage the corporate switchboard during business hours, greet visitors, and provide building inductions for new starters.
  • Responsible for basic office maintenance including kitchen duties.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and mail distribution.
  • Manage meeting room calendars, car parking, and order catering.
  • Liaise with suppliers and reconcile invoices.
  • Organise stationery orders and process business card requests.
  • Assist with office communications and social events.
  • Liaise with maintenance providers for office facilities.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks.
About You

You will be the primary point of contact for all office enquiries. To succeed, you must be self-motivated, have a willingness to help others, and possess a sociable attitude.

  • Previous experience in office administration as well as front-of-house reception.
  • A positive attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the company's professionalism.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks with flexibility.
  • Excellent phone manner, intermediate Office 365 skills, and good attention to detail are essential.
  • Taking pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors.
