Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

Job Summary:

The role of the Administrative Support Officer is to provide a high level of administrative support to various departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support services, including reception, switchboard duties, and general administrative tasks as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing reception and switchboard duties in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting Medical Imaging Department and Visiting Specialists with clerical tasks and administrative support
  • Performing general administrative tasks as directed by Administration Coordinator and District Business Manager
  • Demonstrating a commitment to modelling organisational values, safety, and quality improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high level of organisational skill, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also essential.
