  • Prepare high-quality documents and presentations with attention to detail and a focus on professionalism.
  • Coordinate events and meetings, handling logistics with precision and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Administer tasks with strong organisational skills, ensuring efficient management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, ensuring thorough planning.
  • Promote effective collaboration between cross-functional teams and offices, ensuring alignment and communication.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant/Manager or Executive Assistant, effectively supporting senior leaders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, working with a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures.
  • Mature and proactive approach, with a strategic lens for identifying and addressing gaps and driving continuous improvement.
  • A go-getter attitude, committed to supporting senior leaders and excelling in day-to-day execution.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
