Senior Support Specialist

As a Senior Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work locally and make a positive impact on the lives of seniors in your community.

We are looking for caring and dedicated individuals who share our passion for providing compassionate care and support to seniors. If you have a big heart and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
  • Offer general home support and light housekeeping duties, meal preparation assistance, companionship, and medication reminders.
  • Provide incidental transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, empathy, and an understanding of the needs of the elderly.
  • Have a reliable vehicle, comprehensive insurance, and be on green P plates.
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Have Rights to Work in Australia.
