Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for a Project Support Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for providing project support and coordination, organizing and managing tasks, conducting analysis, and offering administrative assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with team members, managing project timelines, and ensuring the smooth execution of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and coordination for various projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
Organise, manage, and track project tasks and timelines
Communicate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders
Conduct analysis and assist with reporting to support decision-making
Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping
Support remote collaboration and maintain clear communication channels
Assist in ensuring overall project quality and timely delivery
Travel nationally as required to support events, meetings, and organisational activities
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in project support and project coordination
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience providing administrative assistance
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
Prior experience in social enterprises or non-profit organisations is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
