Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist with the Australian Defence Force, you will be responsible for delivering administrative support across various Army units. Your role will involve providing a range of services, including personnel administration, financial management, and data analysis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to military personnel and units.
- Conducting financial resource management duties, including clerical, administrative, and resource management tasks.
- Undertaking administrative and clerical support functions within a headquarters structure.
- Reviewing and analysing data to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
You will be a member of the Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps and play a pivotal role in the management and well-being of personnel. If there's an issue, you'll be the first point of contact for it.
