About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People and Culture team as a Human Resources Strategic Partner. This key role will play a critical part in developing best practice solutions, strategies, and programs to deliver BaptistCare's strategic and operational workforce objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Industrial Relations within a widely distributed, unionised workforce. They will also possess demonstrable experience in case management activities, supporting the resolution of employment relation and industrial relation matters effectively and in line with legislation and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to support the timely identification and management of workplace relations matters, providing guidance and support in relation to the management of non-work-related injuries, and contributing to the evolution of BaptistCare's people practices.
