Workforce Development and Retention Specialist

The Australian Defence Force is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Development and Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve workforce retention and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce development plans to improve retention and productivity
  • Provide guidance and support to personnel on career development and progression
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address workforce development needs
  • Monitor and analyze workforce data to inform development strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
