As a project coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ongoing projects.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and assist with administrative tasks, facilitate timely and accurate project and financial reporting, prepare monthly reports, minutes of meetings and any other correspondence as required.

The ideal candidate will have a certificate in business or equivalent and at least 7 years of experience in project administration, preferably in the resources or construction industry.

They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, intermediate to advanced MS office skills, and experience with tender and contract documents.

In addition, the successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of written and verbal communication skills.

**Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate administrative tasks for project teams

- Facilitate timely and accurate project and financial reporting

- Prepare monthly reports, minutes of meetings, and any other correspondence as required

- Assist procurement staff to ensure the correct and latest templates for tendering, approval forms, package recommendations, and contracts are being utilised

- Assist with the preparation, compilation, and issue of all tenders or requests for quotation

- Ensure all tender documents, addendums, and contracts are formatted in line with our style guide prior to being issued

- Logging of documents in the document management system and preparation of transmittals for outgoing documentation

- Project travel and mobilisation/demobilisation

- Project-specific training records administration

- Participate in the development and continuous improvement of the quality management process and system and ensure that project and company quality standards are implemented on the project

**Requirements:**

- Certificate in business or equivalent

- At least 7 years of experience in project administration, preferably in the resources or construction industry

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills

- Experience with tender and contract documents

- High level of written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
