**Opportunity with CMW Geoscience**

Our Albion office in Brisbane is looking to hire an experienced office administrator/project assistant. You will be reporting to the Brisbane Manager, responsible for providing general office administration support to the QLD Admin/Accounts team as well as project level support to the Project Teams and assisting the Brisbane Manager to achieve QHSE targets.

**Some of your other duties will include**:

- Local HR support, as required, such as preparing the office for the arrival of new staff, training new staff on systems and processes, and encouraging a good workplace culture
- Organising couriers, flights, accommodation, and vehicle hire for both Overheads and Projects, as well as tracking the receipts
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative in a fast-paced office environment
- Assist in maintaining vehicles, including but not limited to, organising repairs and services, record keeping and updating the registers
- Support the Project Teams and undertake activities related to project work and the delivery of projects including but not limited to:

- Data entry, management, and document control
- Assist with sub-contractor coordination, dial before you dig and raising and tracking Purchase Orders
- Support Project teams with Client and project requirements for system set-up
- Any other administration duties in support of the Brisbane office and the wider CMW group as directed by the Brisbane Manager and the Qld Admin/Accounts Team Leader

**To be eligible we are looking for the following**:

- 2+ years of experience in all areas of office administration within a professional services environment
- Previous experience working in an engineering office environment or experience in a forward-facing customer service or client relations role
- Positive can-do attitude, where you are willing to help where needed
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
