Job Overview

As a dynamic and organized Administrative Project Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects that have a significant impact on the community. This hands-on and diverse role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and coordinate sites across Queensland with minimal supervision.
  • Support the Project Manager in delivering capital works projects, including property upgrades, solar installations, and contractor coordination.
  • Liaise with builders, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.
  • Provide administrative support, including documentation reviews, compliance checks, and coordination with Health & Safety teams.
  • Act as a conduit in project discussions to keep tasks moving and deadlines met.
  • Problem-solve day-to-day challenges and provide general project coordination support.
About You
  • You have experience in an administrative or project coordination role, ideally within a construction, property, or capital works environment.
  • You are confident with construction/building terminology and comfortable engaging with contractors.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage documentation and compliance requirements.
  • You are resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a positive attitude.
