Job Title: Project Development Specialist

Role Overview

The project development specialist is a long-term temporary role partnering with the state government department to support successful delivery of significant projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and project support to the manager and project team, including coordination of meetings, taking minutes, tracking actions, decisions, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Support tender and procurement processes, manage project documentation, reporting, and quality assurance activities, as well as prepare briefing notes, reports, and submissions.
  • Undertake data analysis and project performance reporting, ensuring timely and accurate information for stakeholders.
About You / Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in project administration within complex environments, showcasing strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration and relationships.
