Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Director to lead the strategic transformation delivery of Virgin Australia's Flight Operations. This exciting opportunity is well suited to an individual with strong transformation delivery experience, preferably in a Management Consulting and/or aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the identification, planning, and delivery of major transformational initiatives in Flight Operations, ensuring successful execution of the Flight Operations Strategy and Transformation.
  • Develop a roadmap for strategic transformation opportunities, collaborating with business leaders and SMEs to identify and prioritize new initiatives.
  • Support initiative prioritization within the team and broader organization, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of senior management and executive level presentation materials, effectively communicating strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy and Transformation, preferably in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy/Transformation roles.
  • Proven track record of leading transformations, including identification, planning, and delivery of change and benefits.
  • Highly developed complex problem-solving skills using structured methods.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement initiatives that deliver upon business outcomes.
