Administrative Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to fill the role of an administrative assistant. This position will provide support to our packing floor team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Daily Duties:
  • Conduct visitor, contractor, and new employee inductions ensuring compliance with established policies.
  • Manage egg grading data and maintain adherence to biosecurity protocols.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, uniforms, and provide support during changeovers.
  • Handle reception duties and provide general office support with professionalism.
  • Assist during emergencies and undertake tasks as directed within your skill set.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with rostering or production reporting systems (an advantage but not essential).
