Job Title

An Administration Clerk is required for our team in Pittsworth, QLD.

Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to conduct inductions for visitors, contractors and new employees with a focus on compliance.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing egg grading data and ensuring adherence to biosecurity policies.
  • This role involves coordinating staff schedules and uniforms, providing support during changeovers.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle reception duties with professionalism.
  • In the event of an emergency, the Administration Clerk will assist as directed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of previous experience in administration is required, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure are essential for this role.
  • The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
  • Understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements is also essential.
  • Experience with rostering or production reporting systems is advantageous but not essential.
