Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled individual to fill this equipment maintenance role in a full-time capacity.

About the Role
  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and related equipment
  • Perform tasks such as calibration and adjustments to ensure machines run efficiently
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimise equipment performance and reduce downtime
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs to minimise disruptions
Key Responsibilities
  • Keep accurate maintenance records, including parts used and work completed
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement as needed
  • Train operators and staff on machine use, maintenance and safety procedures
  • Work closely with the maintenance team on repairs and improvement projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience with complex machinery maintenance
  • Skilled in developing preventative maintenance plans
  • Strong communicator, with the ability to write reports and liaise with various teams
