We are seeking an administration professional to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.


Job Description:
  • This position will involve providing administrative support to the business, including reception duties, data management and staff coordination.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inductions, managing data, coordinating schedules and providing general office support. They will also be required to handle emergencies and undertake tasks within their skill set as directed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in administration, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment. You will also need a high attention to detail, good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements.
