Responsibilities
  • Conduct visitor, contractor, and new employee inductions with a focus on compliance.
  • Manage egg grading data and ensure adherence to biosecurity policies.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, uniforms, and provide support during changeovers.
  • Handle reception duties and provide general office support with professionalism.
  • Assist during emergencies and undertake tasks within your skill set as directed.
What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in administration, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with rostering or production reporting systems (advantageous but not essential).
