We are seeking a skilled maintenance engineer to fill this key role within our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting on egg grading machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections, maintenance and repair of MOBA egg grading equipment
  • Perform tasks such as calibration and adjustments to ensure efficient machine operation
  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
  • Rapidly respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimize disruptions
  • Support safety inspections and help identify risks associated with machinery
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and work completed
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
  • Train operators and staff on machine usage, maintenance and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams on repair and improvement projects
  • Program and configure control systems to monitor and optimize egg grading processes
  • Liaise with equipment suppliers to integrate automated systems smoothly
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in PLC programming and complex machinery maintenance
  • Skilled in developing preventative maintenance plans
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to write reports and collaborate with various teams
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Proficient in using computer software
  • Experience working with MOBA machinery
