We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in a dynamic and challenging environment.
About the Role- This is a key position that requires the ability to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment.
- As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting on complex machinery.
- You will perform tasks such as calibration and adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs to minimize disruptions.
- Safety is a top priority, and you will support safety inspections and help identify and mitigate machinery risks.
- Accurate records must be kept, including parts used and work completed.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Train operators and staff on machine use, maintenance, and safety procedures.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience with PLC programming and complex machinery maintenance.
- Skilled in developing preventative maintenance plans.
- Strong communicator with excellent report-writing skills.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Confident user of a range of computer programs.
