Leading Excavation Solutions, a premier provider of excavation and earthmoving services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in their wet hire and plant hire services.
Estimated Salary: $165,000
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the excavation or construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of excavator hire and operational requirements of excavation projects
- Strong network of contacts within the construction and infrastructure sectors in Melbourne
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
