About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development expert to drive growth in our wet hire and plant hire services. As an Excavation Industry Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the excavation and earthmoving industry.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Represent Leading Excavation Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance our brand presence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the excavation or construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of excavator hire and the operational requirements of excavation projects.
  • Strong network of contacts within the construction and infrastructure sectors in Melbourne.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary package of $165,000 plus car allowance and superannuation.
