Hiring for Experienced HVAC Project Manager

Role Overview:

As an experienced HVAC Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-value projects ensuring timely and on-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, manage procurement and resource allocation to execute complex projects effectively.
  • Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure technical specifications and project requirements are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
About You:
  • A minimum of 5 years HVAC project management experience in Australia across a variety of projects is required.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and mechanical services D&C projects is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams are expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
