What Your Day Looks Like

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
  • Oversee project planning, procurement, and resource allocation for the successful execution of high-value projects.
  • Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure technical specifications and project requirements are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

About you:
  • Minimum of 5 years HVAC project management experience in Australia across a variety of projects.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and mechanical services D&C projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.

Remuneration & Benefits
  • Up to $150k plus super based on skills and experience.
  • Car allowance/ company vehicle.
