Job Description

As a senior project manager in the HVAC industry, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.

Oversee project planning, procurement, and resource allocation for the successful execution of high-value projects.

Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure technical specifications and project requirements are met.

Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years HVAC project management experience in Australia across a variety of projects.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and mechanical services D&C projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
