Job Opportunity: Technical Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for reviewing bidding documents, including mechanical plans, specifications, and contract documents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review bidding documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Select and price HVAC equipment while developing cost analysis spreadsheets for bidding purposes.
  • Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors to clarify sales and application requirements.
  • Prepare proposal breakdowns and evaluate equipment savings/costs.
  • Assemble bid files in the CRM system for customer preparation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the HVAC industry related to estimating or willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with HVAC Systems, air distribution products, and/or temperature control.
