SSA Recruitment is working with a leading Mechanical Contractor based in Sydney, seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager.
About the Role : Working alongside Project Managers and a highly regarded Construction Manager, you will play a key role in the on-site delivery of large-scale, high-profile projects ranging from $1 million to $20 million, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
What will I be doing? Manage on-site HVAC installations Manage and forecast onsite subcontractors, trades, and labour requirements Oversee procurement and delivery of equipment and materials Review plans, designs, and drawings Attend site coordination meetings with Project Managers and Builders Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project delivery Mentor and coach junior team members and apprentices Ensure on-site WHS practices are followed, including Toolbox talks About You Previous experience as an HVAC Site Supervisor/Manager with a trade background in Air Conditioning, Mechanical Plumbing, or Sheet Metal Extensive knowledge of Australian Standards relevant to the HVAC industry Proven ability to develop strong partnerships and influence key stakeholders Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels Ability to adapt to unique and challenging environments A strong desire to accept challenges and deliver results What's in it for you?
