">Job Overview
  • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex construction projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. You will coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness; monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards through regular site visits; managing and tracking project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports; developing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities; preparing and submitting accurate and timely invoices and progress billings; negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts; analysing and reporting on project financial performance; conducting regular project meetings to communicate progress, address issues, and ensure team alignment; maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in HVAC project management. They will have a proven track record of successfully managing HVAC projects of varying sizes and complexities, strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards, and proficiency in project management software.
