Our two-year graduate program offers the opportunity to join our team of rehabilitation consultants and contribute to this mission.
We are looking for self-starting Allied Health graduates who can evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers, conduct assessments, and develop return-to-work plans.
The diversity of our clients and projects will provide you with a broad perspective of the industry and exposure to various workplaces, including government, mining, retail, emergency services, manufacturing, transport, security, hospitality, and labour hire.
We offer flexibility in working hours, autonomy to manage your diary, use of company resources, compressed 9-day fortnight option, parental leave, salary sacrifice, and purchasing additional leave.

This role requires:
- Evaluating treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers
- Conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living
- Developing return-to-work plans and managing cases to monitor client progress
- Engaging with key stakeholders and building relationships to achieve business objectives
