Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that empower individuals and organisations to achieve their goals.
- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Assist clients in identifying future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
- Conduct various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
- Implement effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business objectives.
You will also need to have:
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
