Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of occupational health and wellbeing principles. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead early intervention strategies to prevent workplace injuries
  • Collaborate with external agencies to design and implement wellbeing initiatives
  • Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decisions on injury reporting and management
  • Provide training and coaching to managers and supervisors on injury reporting and management best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulatory changes impacting workers' compensation and WHS laws
  • Plan and implement initiatives to improve workplace health and wellbeing outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Accreditation: NSW Workover Advanced RTW Coordinator (can be obtained after commencing in the role)
  • Education: Degree in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy or Health and Rehabilitation
  • Experience: Proven track record in developing rehabilitation and education programs
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of health and wellbeing
  • Skills: Strong investigative and mentoring abilities
