About the Role
  • Utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to facilitate individuals' return to engaging occupations
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Assist clients in identifying future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments
  • Responsibly manage cases to plan, coordinate, and monitor clients' progress toward their return to work objectives
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business achievement
