Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist

As a workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and organisations.
- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers involved in work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
- Perform various assessments depending on area of clinical expertise.
- Manage cases to plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return to work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop effective plans for return to work.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to prevent workplace injuries and promote employee wellbeing.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services.
- Provide education and training to employees, managers and other stakeholders on workplace injury prevention and management practices.
