We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a rehabilitation consultant.
- As a rehabilitation consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals and organizations by delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.
About this role:
- You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized plans to achieve their goals.
- Through your specialist knowledge and skills, you will assist clients in returning to meaningful engagement in occupations and evaluating treatment and/or rehabilitation needs.
- Key responsibilities include helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
- Your ability to adapt and work with a variety of clients across a range of tasks will be valuable assets in this role.
